UX/UI Designer

We are looking for skilled UX/UI designer to join our team and help creating intuitive and user-centered interfaces for our web applications. You will work closely with product designer and will help to translate user research insights into clean, engaging digital experiences. You should be comfortable working with Figma, especially building and using components and design libraries. Strong visual design skills, along with experience in wireframing and prototyping, are key.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Translate user research findings and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
• Create and maintain reusable Figma components and contribute to our shared design system
• Ensure design consistency across features and platforms while adhering to brand guidelines
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Design with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in mind to ensure inclusive user experiences
• Participate in design reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback, and iterate based on team and stakeholder input
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experiences in UX/UI designing responsive websites and web apps.
• Understanding and application of user-centered approach in your design process
• Ability to interpret user research and understand user needs
• Fluency with Figma
• Experience with design systems (working with or building one)
• Experience in wireframing & prototyping
• Good understanding of visual design principles: typography, color theory, spacing, consistency, alignment, and hierarchy.
• Good understanding of responsive design principles
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Nice to haves:

• Knowledge of information architecture
• Interaction design skills (prototyping microinteractions of UI elements)
• HTML/CSS (basic knowledge)
• Experience in user research (conducting surveys, interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis)
• Illustration, animation skills
• Experience with AI image generation tools (midjourney, crayon etc.)

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2000 to 2700 Eur gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
