You’ll be involved in the full SEO process and have the freedom to grow in the direction that suits you best, whether that’s content strategy, SEO, or performance marketing. Your day-to-day:

  • Write SEO blog posts and landing pages based on the content calendar.
  • Edit and optimize existing content for rankings and conversions.
  • Create SEO briefs and manage freelance writers.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on results.
  • Maintain consistent tone, voice, and structure across content.
  • Work with the SEO lead to align content with keyword and product priorities.

    • Your skills & experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO content writing or management.
  • Strong sense of ownership over content processes, from brief to publish.
  • Experience editing other writers’ work.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like SurferSEO or similar content optimization platforms.
  • Understanding of search intent, on-page SEO, and internal linking principles.
  • Excellent written English, with strong attention to tone, clarity, and structure.
    • Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with core SEO tools such as Ahrefs and GSC.
  • Experience working with Wordpress or other CMS platforms.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance with GA4 or similar tools.
  • Previous work in fast-paced startup or cross-functional environments.

    • Salary:

  • Gross salary: 2300 - 3500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
