We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (User Analytics & Retention) to spearhead our user analytics and retention practice from the ground up. This senior individual contributor role offers the opportunity to build a new analytics function and shape how we use data to drive customer value.
You will work with a global cross-functional team to develop data-informed strategies that enhance user engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role offers significant strategic ownership – from crafting the analytics roadmap to influencing product and marketing decisions.

Analyze user behaviour and cohort trends to identify drop-off points, churn drivers, and opportunities to boost activation and monetization, engagement, and loyalty, thereby improving retention and lifetime value;Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and retention campaigns. Validate ideas with data and help prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact.;Create clear dashboards and reports’ requirements to monitor key metrics such as churn, customer lifetime value (CLV), and activation/engagement rates;Apply strong critical thinking to evaluate project ROI and trade-offs. Clearly communicate findings to stakeholders and champion best practices in data-driven decision-making across the organization;Execute deep-dive analyses for high-impact initiatives.

Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles with a focus on customer lifecycle;Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven ability to distil complex data into clear insights and presentations;Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions at all levels;Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis, plus hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) for dashboarding. Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing; experience with Python or R is a plus;Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, able to operate independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
