Senior Account Executive

In this position, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute a successful sales strategy while identifying, approaching, and building trusted relationships with future clients—primarily large international companies. You will consult organizations on the benefits and opportunities of using Interactio’s industry-leading multilingual meetings solution.

This is a high-impact role where your success will be measured by the number of new companies and organizations you bring on board.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Analyze market trends and identify target markets/companies;
• Develop tailor-made sales action plans that best fit your targets;
• Proactively approach representatives of target companies (call, email, attend conferences, fly to New York for a coffee with a client—whatever it takes);
• Employ best practices in consultative selling—build trust by creating value for the client;
• Become a subject-matter expert in Simultaneous Interpretation for online and on-site events.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• Experience and knowledge: 6 years of experience in B2B sales, management consulting, or business development;
• Exceptional communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and actively listen;
• Confidence and initiative: Confidence in proactively approaching new clients;
• Analytical and research skills: Strong research and analytical skills, with solid IT literacy;
• Language skills: Proficiency in English (working proficiency in a second language such as Spanish or French is a plus).

  SALARY: 3200-4800 EUR gross + potential quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance
