Your day-to-day:
Customize and configure roles, permission sets, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation (Flows) to optimize business processes.Maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, including building and optimizing custom reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.Perform database maintenance tasks, including duplicate record management, and data integrity checks.Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshooting to ensure adoption and efficiency across the organization.Prepare and maintain documentation for system enhancements, configurations, and customizations.
Your skills & experience:
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, etc.);Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to support users and collaborate with teams;Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions even with incomplete data;Ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional team;High level of self-awareness, a commitment to continuous learning, and a proactive approach to professional development;Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Salary:
Gross salary: 1700 - 2800 EUR/month.
