Oxylabs is on the hunt for curious, driven, and resourceful Sales Specialist to help us grow our global footprint. If you're excited by internet technologies, APIs, and the power of data, this is your chance to join one of the leading proxy and web scraping solution providers in the market.
Your day-to-day:
Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.);Constantly improve tactics of cold outreach;Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team;Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns;Keep CRM updated and share insights to improve outreach strategies;Keep track of new developments in the industry.
Your skills & experience:
Experience OR desire to work in B2B sales and tech industry;Great communication skills;Great command of written and spoken English (Lithuanian not required);Proactiveness and willingness to learn and grow professionally.NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with outbound sales process, cold emailing and cold calling;Big advantage - experience in the web data industry.
Salary:
Gross salary: 1600-2500 EUR/month + results-based uncapped commission + quarterly bonus (based on team’s results).
