Information about the position

As Workplace Security Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical security and fire safety across our offices and remote locations in Vilnius, Kaunas, Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam. This includes designing and maintaining security infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting new office expansions with tailored safety solutions.

You’ll be part of our Real Estate & Workplace Experience team, working closely with IT, Legal and external vendors to ensure our physical spaces meet the highest standards of security and safety. This is a critical role for our fast-growing, hybrid tech company — combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. You’ll report to the Director of People, Workplace Experience.

In this position, you’ll

  • Lead the planning, implementation and maintenance of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, etc.) across all office locations
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure top-quality service and cost-efficiency
  • Create and enforce physical security and fire safety policies in line with local laws and global company standards
  • Assess and adopt cutting-edge security technologies suited for a tech-driven workplace
  • Assist with new office openings, conducting security assessments and setting up compliant infrastructure from day one
  • Communicate with internal teams and external authorities during security incidents and investigations
  • Participate in regular audits, risk assessments and safety drills to continuously improve our physical safety posture
  • Oversee the installation, testing and upkeep of fire detection and emergency systems in each office
  • Keep track of evolving fire safety and security regulations to ensure all locations remain compliant
  • Work with Workplace Experience Managers to create and deliver employee training and awareness programs

About you

  • Have experience in physical security infrastructure and fire safety management across multiple locations
  • Have an understanding of access control systems, CCTV, emergency protocols and relevant compliance regulations
  • Previously coordinated projects involving third-party vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international tech environment
  • Good at risk assessment, policy writing and crisis response
