Your role at Hostinger
As an On-site SEO Team Lead, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of content-led SEO initiatives across Hostinger’s websites. You’ll lead a team focused on creating and optimizing landing pages for multiple products and locales, ensuring SEO best practices are applied at scale. You’ll work closely with the Technical SEO Lead, as well as content, localization, and design teams, to align efforts and maximize performance across the funnel. We’re looking for a strategic yet detail-oriented leader—ready to elevate our on-site SEO impact globally.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead and mentor on-site SEO specialists, ensuring consistent execution of best practices and performance optimization across Hostinger’s websites.
  • Own and drive SEO initiatives across multiple locales, aligning strategy and execution with company-wide OKRs and long-term organic growth goals.
  • Plan and execute on-site SEO experiments, analyze results, and turn insights into scalable improvements.
  • Monitor and benchmark search performance and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee keyword research and search intent mapping to continuously expand organic visibility and landing page performance.
  • Ensure implementation of up-to-date on-page SEO techniques, including internal linking, meta optimization, schema markup, and UX alignment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Content, CRO, Product, Off-Site SEO, and Developers to drive unified SEO impact.
  • Contribute to the development and automation of workflows and processes to increase efficiency and performance monitoring.

    • Your skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on on-site strategy and team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of how search engines evaluate on-page content, structure, and technical signals.
  • Experience working with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Accuranker, and others.
  • Strong command of keyword research, content optimization, schema markup, and internal linking strategies.
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead projects from idea to execution.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of guiding team members and aligning departments.
  • Passionate about SEO and always up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
