We are looking for a communicative, enthusiastic and motivated Office Adminitrator who would be the first point of contact for our office visitors as well as a helping hand for all Oxylabs employees. Your day-to-day:
Be the first person to greet our guests and team members.Order and accept parcels and deliveries.Organize and ensure smooth office operations, systems, maintenance, and repair of office equipment.Manage and maintain stock of stationery and kitchen consumables.Assist co-workers, and be the focal point of calls and inquiries.Help with planning in-house and off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.Find new and creative ways to improve our employees’ well-being.Partner with HR and other departments to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
Your skills & experience:
Previous experience as an office administrator or receptionist role would be a plus.Proactive and willing to help personality.Care for people and a can-do attitude.Strong problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal and written).Great organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.Ability to prioritize and successfully meet deadlines.
Salary:
Gross salary: 1300 - 1700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
