Junior Procurement Specialist

Main Responsibilities

Support the Procurement Department in Business Travel Coordination:

Assist the purchase and organization of business trips;

Monitor travel-related supplier performance, agreement validity, and terms;

Maintain accurate data across internal systems;

Ensure effective communication and information flow between departments;

Support ongoing procurement and day-to-day business travel tasks.

Ensure Smooth and Stress-Free Travel Experiences for Company Colleagues:

Manage hotel and flight reservations;

Prepare and deliver detailed travel itineraries for employees;

Assist with travel policy application and budget adherence;

Troubleshoot travel-related issues and provide timely solutions;

Research suppliers and services to enhance travel efficiency and reduce costs.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 1450 - 2400 EUR/Month.
