Junior People Systems Specialist

Kaunas1700–2400 €

The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.

Main Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day maintenance and management of our People system (HiBob).

Perform data updates, imports/exports, and regular clean-ups to keep information accurate and organised.

Export and share HR reports with different stakeholders.

Assist team members by answering system-related questions and helping them navigate the tools.

Contribute to process improvements by sharing ideas on how we can make better use of our systems.

Core Requirements

A naturally curious mindset and eagerness to learn, especially when it comes to technology.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

A sense of responsibility when working with confidential and sensitive information.

Confidence in using Excel (or Google Sheets), with a willingness to deepen your skills.

Fluent communication in English.

Any past experience working with systems or digital tools — even outside of HR — is a big plus.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 1700 - 2400 EUR/Month.
