About the Role:
You will be responsible for creating and managing influencer marketing campaigns that help grow our user base. Your main focus will be working with creators on YouTube and Instagram to promote Honeygain in a way that feels natural and trustworthy. In this role, you’ll find and connect with influencers, build strong partnerships, and run campaigns that deliver real results. You’ll also track how campaigns are performing and work with other teams to make improvements. It’s a hands-on position where creativity and data go hand in hand.
Your day-to-day:
Identify, recruit, and manage a network of micro, macro influencers globally;Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand voice and goals;Negotiate collaboration terms and manage influencer contracts and budgets;Launch campaigns across YouTube, Instagram and some other experimental channels;Monitor performance, track KPIs, and analyze ROI from influencer activations;Coordinate content planning, approvals, and posting schedules;Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging creators in passive income, finance, tech, gaming, and lifestyle spaces.
Your skills & experience:
2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media or Partnerships (preferably for B2C apps or tech products);Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills;Creative eye for matching the right influencer with the right campaign;Data-driven mindset: ability to track, report, and optimize campaigns based on performance;Understanding of the digital creator economy, platform algorithms, and social trends;Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus;Passion for social media, tech, finance, or digital communities is a big bonus!Nice to have:
Experience working in the digital marketing field;Experience with mass-outreach tools such as Yesware/Mixmax/Buzzstream or Mailchimp.
Salary:
Gross salary: 2400 - 3200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
