Your day-to-day:
Drive Improvements. You will lead and coordinate the improvements of the Incident Management framework.Strengthen Communication. You will lead communication efforts with our customers and customer-facing teams, while also collaborating with internal tech departments to drive improvements in Incident Response.Deliver Data-Driven Insights. You will work closely with the data team to enhance incident analytics, generate actionable insights, and implement improvements based on data-driven findings.Boost Visibility. You will increase the visibility and timeliness of incident reporting, and take ownership of decisions regarding data disclosure and stakeholder updates.Ensure Accountability. You will ensure the company and technical teams consistently meet SLAs, uptime commitments, and other key performance indicators.
Your skills & experience:
Previous experience in an incident management related-role.Prior experience in developing incident response frameworks within organizations.Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting.Effective stakeholder management with alignment across teams and business objectives.Ability to operate from a position with limited technological knowledge and familiarity with related processes, or a readiness to acquire such knowledge.Nice to have:
Understanding of the technical components underlying incidents in a tech environment.
Salary:
Gross salary: 2700 – 4200 EUR/month.
