We are looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Talent Management team and contribute to aligning our people strategies with business goals. In this role, you will act as a key advisor, mentor, and facilitator, working closely with our leaders and employees to drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead or participate in HR initiatives that enhance company culture, people-oriented mindset and overall business success.
Your day-to-day:
Be the go-to HR partner for your dedicated unit, ensuring HR processes, policies, and initiatives are aligned, consistent and effective across the company while adapting them to meet your unit's specifics. Partner with our leaders to provide expert guidance on key people matters, including talent development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational structure.Coach managers to enhance their leadership skills.Leverage HR analytics to generate insights that drive informed decision-making and enhance employee experiences.Work cross-functionally with HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations) to ensure a seamless employee journey. Handle complex and sensitive HR matters, including employee relations, mediation, and compliance with employment laws.
Your skills & experience:
Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role , ideally in a fast-paced, IT, or technology-driven environment.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at all levels.Business-savvy mindset with a hands-on approach. Understanding of key HR areas, such as compensation, organizational design, career development and performance management. Proven track record working with different levels of leadership. Excellent both written and spoken English. Expertise in HR analytics, with the ability to translate data insights into actions.Adaptability and resilience operating in changing priorities and a constantly evolving environment.
Salary:
Gross salary: 3400 - 4500 EUR/month.
