  • Identify automation opportunities across key business functions (e.g., accounting, reporting, analytics, procurement, HR, sales) and lead cross-functional projects to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Enhance system integrity, data quality, and process efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, implementation consultants, and auditors for system-related topics.
  • Ensure finance systems and processes can support global scale, evolving regulatory demands, and business model complexity.

  • Strong grasp of IT General Controls and their implementation in a finance context.
  • Experience managing cross-functional system implementations and working with external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into system and process solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A mindset that embraces continuous improvement, scalability, and control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
