What’s in Store for You:
In this role, you’ll lead a skilled engineering team in building data-rich dashboard that integrate across our entire ecosystem — including different internal services and third-party systems such as payments service providers.
You’ll work closely with diverse stakeholders, ensuring the product is not only technically robust but also effortless for clients to use.

Your day-to-day:

  • Full Ownership: Drive features development from concept to ongoing support.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support the team through mentoring, hiring, and fostering ownership and career growth. Ensure efficient teamwork and trust.
  • Delivery Focus: Together with our Product Manager find and eliminate delivery roadblocks. Ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Process Definition: Establish and refine the team’s workflows and practices.
  • Key Collaborator: Act as the main point of contact for the team and ensure effective information flow throughout the organization (effective up-and-down and horizontal communication).

    Your Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in managing engineering teams.
  • Excellency at planning, leading teams, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability.
  • Net experience working in the agile software development process.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Professional experience as a software engineer would be a plus.

  • Gross salary: Starting at 6600 EUR/month. We are open to discussing a salary based on your skills and experience.
