Your role at Hostinger
As part of Hostinger's AI team, you'll be responsible for building new AI models and making data-driven improvements to our existing models. You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture and implementation of a cutting edge products used every day by our clients.
Your day-to-day
Elevate our AI assistant Kodee through in-depth data analysis and actionable insights.Uncover user intentions across all our products, translating them into meaningful insights that drive product improvements and enhance our AI solutions.Collaborate with product teams to uncover key improvement areas and drive impactful changes.Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, shaping the future of web solutions at Hostinger.Research, develop, and train models spanning from classical techniques to cutting-edge architectures.
Your skills and experience
Proven experience in building machine learning models from scratch.Hands-on expertise in fine-tuning Large Language Models.Solid knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs.Advanced Python skills and a thorough understanding of ML libraries such as PyTorch, LightGBM, and scikit-learn.The ability to distill complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with unwavering attention to detail.Fluency in Lithuanian and English, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
