We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. This role combines customer service excellence with operational logistics, supporting both brands and playing a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service via email, chat, and social media platforms, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and delivery.
Resolve customer issues promptly, including tracking shipments, handling returns/exchanges, and processing refunds.
Track and manage customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Handle stock transfers between warehouses to maintain inventory levels.
Collaborate with courier companies to resolve shipping issues and ensure efficient delivery.
Communicate customer feedback and operational challenges with internal teams to improve processes and services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and logistics for continuous optimization.
