Information about the position

As a Country People Partner, you will be the go-to People expert for your country, supporting day-to-day people experience and partnering closely with managers (both local and remote).You’ll handle a wide range of employee relations topics, support compliance with local employment law, and help deliver core People processes.This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work efficiently with leaders and People teams across the business.

In this position, you’ll

  • Serve as the main People point of contact for people leaders within your country.
  • Provide direct support on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, burnout, misconduct, redundancies, and exits.
  • Work closely with the Shared Service Center on operational People processes such as onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and system updates.
  • Support reorganisations and redundancy processes by preparing documentation, advising leaders, and ensuring all steps comply with local law.
  • Ensure policies are correctly applied and compliant with local labor law; raise gaps or inconsistencies to the Country People Lead or Legal team.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and updates for local Works Council or employee group interactions.
  • Monitor local People data (e.g. ER cases, exits, absence) and flag any patterns or risks to the Country People Lead.
  • Contribute to country-specific projects such as policy updates, engagement activities, or internal training sessions.
  • Support team workshops or leader offsites with facilitation and logistics as needed.

About you

  • Advance experience in a People Partnering, HR Advisor, or HR Specialist role.
  • Solid understanding of local employment law and HR practices in Lithuania.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing employee relations cases.
  • Comfortable with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Clear communicator who can explain policies and procedures in simple terms.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • Vilnius-based, with availability to work onsite four days every two weeks.
