Main Responsibilities
Drive compensation and benefits strategy in the company, ensuring fairness and market alignment.Analyze internal salary data and benchmark against compensation surveys and other sources to establish competitive salary ranges for all roles.Design and maintain salary frameworks.Partner with managers to provide strategic compensation guidance and support decision-making.Support the implementation and administration of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and additional perks.Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings based on market trends, employee feedback, and cost-effectiveness.Work closely with People Team members to align compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives.
Core Requirements
Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably across multiple countries.Strong ability to manage and drive complex projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Passion for processes improvement and optimisation.Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.Fluency in English.
Salary Range
Gross Salary 3400- 5600 EUR/Month.
