You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

Your day-to-day:

  • Own the success of our business customers of various sizes.
  • Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure maximizing their business valueIdentify and leverage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment.
  • Negotiate customer agreements and renewals.
  • Manage your opportunity pipeline and address at-risk accounts.
  • Engage in Strategic Account Management activities.
  • Proactively identify team process improvements and contribute to projects.
  • Travel for business trips to meet with clients, when applicable.
  • Your skills & experiences:

  • Proven experience in customer engagement roles with a track record of success.
  • Experience working with B2B clients.
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Creativity and a proactive, out-of-the-box approach.
  • Data-driven approach to sales with knowledge of or experience using key sales and mailing tools
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Prior experience in the technology sector.
  • Strategic Account Management experience.
  • Salary & Benefits Package:

  • Gross salary: 2400 - 3200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
