Your day-to-day:
Own the success of our business customers of various sizes.Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure maximizing their business valueIdentify and leverage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment.Negotiate customer agreements and renewals.Manage your opportunity pipeline and address at-risk accounts.Engage in Strategic Account Management activities. Proactively identify team process improvements and contribute to projects.Travel for business trips to meet with clients, when applicable.
Your skills & experiences:
Proven experience in customer engagement roles with a track record of success.Experience working with B2B clients.Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Creativity and a proactive, out-of-the-box approach.Data-driven approach to sales with knowledge of or experience using key sales and mailing toolsNice to have:
Experience working with international clients.Prior experience in the technology sector.Strategic Account Management experience.
Salary & Benefits Package:
Gross salary: 2400 - 3200 EUR/month.
